Terms of Service

Kivo is a platform that gives every street vendor a permanent public page, accessible via a QR code, on which they publish their sales zone and live availability status. These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of Kivo by vendors and visitors.

Kivo does not process, host or guarantee any transaction, payment or delivery between a vendor and a customer: it is a matchmaking and information-display service. Kivo does not guarantee a vendor's actual physical presence at the location or time indicated on their page.

Creating an account is done by phone number and a one-time code (OTP) sent by SMS — no password is required. You are responsible for the confidentiality of access to your phone and for any activity carried out from your account.

• Provide accurate information about their shop (name, photos, sales zone).
• Only publish photos and descriptions that truly represent their activity.
• Update their availability status in good faith.
• Not use Kivo for illegal activity or to sell products prohibited for sale.

Visitors agree to use Kivo in good faith, not to attempt to disrupt the service, and to respect the vendors they contact through the information published on their page.

Kivo may remove content or suspend an account that violates these ToS, notably in case of clearly false information, illegal content, or fraudulent use.

The « Kivo » brand, its logo and the site's editorial content are the property of Kivo. Content published by a vendor (shop name, photos) remains their property; they authorize Kivo to display it on their public page as part of the service.

Kivo takes reasonable measures to ensure the availability of the service, without any guarantee of absolute continuity. Kivo is not responsible for disputes between a vendor and a customer, nor for the accuracy of information published by a vendor.

Kivo may amend these ToS to reflect changes in the service or regulations. The last update date is indicated at the top of this page.
